1: Why are your clothes so much cheaper than your competitors:.
I feel very strongly that breastfeeding clothing in Australia is incredibly overpriced and felt there was an opportunity to do something about that whilst working from home. I also have lower over head costs as I don’t have a retail shop outlet.
2: What is the quality like:
Just because the price is cheaper does not mean the quality is as well. All clothes are made to a high standard to withstand normal wear and tear as expected. I also offer a full 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the clothing upon delivery (Please see terms and conditions of this guarantee below).
3: Shipping and Delivery:
All orders over $75 Include FREE SHIPPING Australia wide. Orders under $75 attract a flat $9.95. You will receive a consignment note for order as ALL orders include tracking. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your ‘contacts’ list of the email you provide when placing your order to ensure you receive updates and your tracking number. We use multiple courier companies and Australia Post so we can deliver to PO Boxes if you prefer. If you are not home when delivery is scheduled by a courier, a card will be left for re-delivery. Orders are despatched daily. Orders received prior to 12pm are usually despatched same day. Please note delivery times vary dependent on where in Australia you are located. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for your delivery. If you have not received your items by the 10th working day, please contact us so we can follow this up with the courier.
4: Can I return clothing for a refund or exchange:
Most certainly!.. Postage on returned items is paid by the customer and goods returned must be received in original condition. unwashed/unused, including all packaging and tags within 14 days of delivery. It is advisable to return items by registered post to avoid items been lost in transit. Any clothes returned that can not be re – sold due to damage, inadequate tags/packaging or if they are spoiled will not be refunded. Shipping is non-refundable. It is advised to check out our size guide before placing an order to ensure you order the correct size. Once returned items are received by us, you will be contacted by one of our staff members. Please ensure you insert your contact details in return parcel so we can contact you. We apologise in the event of exchange if your selection is not available. In this instance, you will be offered a refund instead.
5: Can I pick up / drop off an order:
By appointment only, please call or email to arrange a time for pick up, exchange or return. Refunds will only be processed online, no cash refunds. We are currently in Brisbane for pick ups/drop offs.
6: Can I view the clothing before I buy?
Lee will be promoting her clothing at various markets in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast in 2016. If you would like to know which market she will be at, please check our ‘market dates’ to find the nearest market to you.
7: What size should I buy?
Unless you signficantly lost or gained weight from when you fell pregnant, the size you were pre pregnancy is what you should adhere to. We have ensured the bust area is adequately sized for post pregnancy. Both tops and dresses are made with a bit of ‘give’ and are based on Australian size guidelines.
8: Quality Guarantee.
Upon arrival of your order, if you are unhappy with the quality of the clothes, you can send them back for a full refund. As per return/exchange details above, goods must be received in original condition, unwashed/unused with all tags and packaging. Shipping is non-refundable and return of goods is at customer expense.
9: What payment method do you accept and is it safe?
Our website is set up with Paypal. Rest assured all payments provided by Paypal is safe and secure. If you do not have a paypal account, there is an option to process your credit/debit card as a guest or alternatively, you can pay by direct deposit. Bank account details will be advised if you choose this option. At markets, we accept cash and paypal is also accepted through a secure paypal merchant device on site.

11: Can I cancel my order?
After placing your order, if you decide to cancel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call during business hours as soon as possible. If you paid for your order at the time of placing an order and emailed through a cancellation straight away, every effort will be made to put a ‘hold’ on the dispatch. As orders are dispatched daily it is strongly advised to contact by phone before 12pm so we can intercept delivery being processed.
